List of measures |
Statewide ballot measures in New York can be:
- Legislatively-referred constitutional amendments voted onto the ballot by the New York State Legislature.
- Automatic ballot referrals, such as when a constitutional convention question goes on the ballot every 20 years from 1957 on (or at the discretion of the state legislature).
Since New York does not feature the powers of ballot initiative or veto referendum, signature petitions cannot be used to put measures before voters.
