The question on the ballot:
| Shall a Special Assessment District consisting of the north one-half (1/2) of Silver Creek Township, Cass County, Michigan (Sections 1-18) be created to raise money by special assessment in an amount not to exceed 1.00 mill ($1.00 per $1000 of taxable value) per year determined annually for four (4) consecutive years (2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014) to assist with the provision of emergency ambulance service for said district?[3] |
