Skipper Koetter
Skipper Koetter was a judge of the 267th District Court in Texas.[1] Koetter started serving on the bench in 2002.[2]
Koetter retired from the court on March 4, 2016.[3]
Education
Koetter received his bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University and his J.D. from the South Texas College of Law.[2]
Career
Prior to his elevation to the bench, Koetter maintained a law practice in Victoria, Texas, for 20 years.[2]
