Expand all | Collapse all

  • Keeping It Local: Saint Joseph deserves a representative who’s not only from the community, but who puts its needs first. Skylar is committed to restoring local pride, expanding opportunity, and protecting what makes St. Joseph unique—because the well-being of his hometown means far more to him than personal gain.
  • Honoring Those Who Serve: As a law student helping Veterans secure the benefits they’ve earned, Skylar has seen firsthand the challenges they face. In office, he’ll fight for legislation that improves the lives of Disabled Veterans and stand up for first responders, law enforcement, and teachers—because those who serve our community deserve a representative who serves them.
  • Working-Class Roots, Working-Class Representation: Raised in a Christian, working-class family, Skylar learned the value of hard work early—on construction sites, in a battery factory, and at a lead refinery. With a business degree from MoWest and real-world experience, Skylar will fight for the people who keep our community running and stand firm in preserving the Christian values that built this nation.
To Name a Few:

Expanding Education Options: No child should be denied a quality education because of their ZIP code. Skylar supports school choice and policies that empower parents and students.

Protecting Life and Liberty: Skylar believes the right to life is the foundation of all other rights. He will always defend the unborn and uphold the individual right of self-defense—including the Second Amendment.

Restoring Fairness and Merit: Skylar opposes policies that promote “equity” by undermining equal treatment, common sense, and merit. True fairness means opportunity for all, not preference for some.
