Snoqualmie Valley School District Levy Replacement, 2 (February 2010)
There were two Snoqualmie School District Levy Replacement measures on the February 9 ballot in King County for voters in the Snoqualmie school district.
Both measures were approved
Proposition 1
Proposition 2
- YES 5,086 (60.79%)
- NO 3,281 (39.21%)[1]
The first measure sought replace a levy that is set to expire, the money would be used for education programs and school operation costs. The levy will be in the amount of $2.00 per $1,000 of assessed property value for a further four years.[2]
The second measure sought to add an additional $.40 to the current levy for a further four years in order to help pay for technology upgrades in the classrooms.[3]
