A Soil & Water Conservation District Levy Increase question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Williams County, which is in Ohio, where it was defeated.
If approved, this question would have authorized the Soil and Water Conservation District to impose an additional property tax levy of up to 0.45 mills ($0.45 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to fund the construction and maintenance of improvements and expenses of the District.[1]
