2014
Jobrack's website highlighted the following campaign themes:[4]
Water
- Excerpt: "In growing the recycled water infrastructure, we can address our current and future water shortages by using reclaimed water for irrigation. Without addressing this crucial issue, our agriculture industry will collapse, resulting in a negative economic effect which will ripple through the rest of the county."
Education
- Excerpt: "Investing in our students is an investment in our county and our future. Focusing on expanding manufacturing and trade programs in high school and college is central to ensuring that our students are prepared with the skills necessary to begin their careers."
Jobs
- Excerpt: "This is one of the most critical issues in our district- the lack of jobs to create and sustain a thriving middle class in San Joaquin County. We need to take the initiative to foster an environment within this district that will result in job growth and economic growth."
Transparency
- Excerpt: "The government should be accessible to the people. I am determined to increase transparency within the government and to “cultivate an environment” of trust and integrity for the people of San Joaquin County. I believe all information should be available to the people, and support an open-data and record policy."
