Solomon Ortiz, Jr.
Solomon Ortiz, Jr. was a 2012 Democratic candidate for District 33 of the Texas House of Representatives. He was initially listed on Democratic Party candidate lists, but was not included on the official Secretary of State candidate listing.
Ortiz was a Democratic member of the Texas House of Representatives. He represented District 33 from 2007 to 2011. Prior to his election to the House, Ortiz served as County Chairman of the Nueces Democratic Party.
Biography
Ortiz received his B.A. from Texas A&M University. He has served as the President of OCS Group, Incorporated.[1]

On November 4, 2006, Ortiz won election to the Texas House of Representatives from Texas' District 33, defeating Joe McComb (R).[6]
