Soonhee Bailey
Soonhee Bailey (also known as Sunny) is a judge for Department I of the Nevada 8th Judicial District Court Family Division. Bailey assumed office on January 4, 2021. Bailey's current term ends on January 4, 2027.

Bailey was a candidate for Department 4 judge on the Eighth Judicial District Court in Nevada. She was defeated in the general election on November 6, 2012.
Career
Bailey began her legal career as a deputy district attorney, and she spent ten years working in criminal practice. For the past six years, she has practiced in the area of civil litigation. She has also been a part-time Pro Tempore Judge for the Las Vegas Township Justice Court.[1]

Bailey ran for the Department 4 position on the Nevada Eighth Judicial District Court; she was one of nine candidates for this position. She was defeated by incumbent Judge Kerry Earley in the general election on November 6, 2012, earning 13.23% of the vote.[2]
