Biography
Vuelo earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota and a J.D. from the Hamline University School of Law.[1]
At the time of her appointment to the Second District court, Vuelo was an attorney in private practice. Her professional experience includes work as the managing attorney at Catholic Charities, a special assistant county attorney for Ramsey County, an assistant public defender for the Second Judicial District, and an assistant city attorney for the city of Rochester. Vuelo has served as the vice president of the Hmong American Bar Association and a member of the board of directors of the Collaborative Community Law Initiative.[2]
