Four ballot measures were on the November 2, 2010 statewide ballot in the state of South Carolina.
- All four measures were legislatively referred constitutional amendments.
- The South Carolina Legislature had until June 3, 2010, when legislative session ended, to refer any measures to the ballot. This solidified the number of ballot measures to appear on the 2010 ballot.
