Text of measure
The question on the ballot:
Shall Section 7 of Article XVII of the Constitution of this State be amended so as to provide that the game of bingo, conducted by religious, charitable or fraternal organizations or when conducted at recognized annual state and county fairs exempt from federal income taxation, shall not be deemed a lottery?[1][2] |
