South Dakota judge suspended

South Dakota: Judge A.P. Fuller of the South Dakota Seventh Judicial Circuit has been suspended with pay during an investigation into his judicial conduct by the Judicial Qualifications Commission. It is currently unknown what exactly the commission is investigating. According to the court order, Fuller was suspected of violating the Judicial Code of Conduct. He will be suspended until the commission asks the Supreme Court to discipline him, or the Supreme Court reinstates him. After this time, the information surrounding the suspension will be made public.[1]
