South Lebenon Village Local Liquor Option Questions, 7 (November 2012)

Seven South Lebenon Village Local Liquor Option questions were on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Warren County, which is in Ohio, where they were all approved.
The first question permitted sale of beer in South Lebanon Village by vendors with an appropriate permit.
The second question permitted sale of wine and mixed beverages by the package in South Lebanon Village by vendors with an appropriate permit.
The third question permitted sale of wine and mixed beverages for on and off premise consumption by vendors with the appropriate permit.
The fourth question permitted the sale of spirituous liquors by the glass in South Lebanon Village by vendors with the appropriate permit.
The fifth question permitted the sunday sale of alcohol on premises in South Lebanon Village by vendors with the appropriate permit.
The sixth question permitted the sunday sale of alcohol on the premises of a restaurant by a vendor with the appropriate permit.
The seventh question permitted the sunday sale of alcohol off premises in South Lebanon Village by vendors with the appropriate permit.[1]
