South Ottawa Township Disconnection (February 2010)

There were 13 townships voting on the South Ottawa Township Disconnection on the February 2 ballot in LaSalle County.

It is yet unclear if the disconnection will be allowed, of the 13 townships that voted only 3 defeated the measure.^[1]

This measure asked for the disconnection of the Ottawa Township from the LaSalla county forest preserve district.^[2]
