South Palm Beach Charter Amendments, 2 (March 2011)
Two South Palm Beach Charter Amendment measures were on the March 8, 2011 ballot in the city of South Palm Beach which is in Palm Beach County.
Both measures were approved
The first charter amendment sought to restrict the height of buildings east of highway A1A to 60 feet.
The second charter amendment sought to prohibit new non-residential uses and the expansion of current uses except in public buildings.[1]
