Ballot title

The ballot title for Measure SP is as follows:

To upgrade classrooms, labs, career training and school facilities to support college/career readiness in math, science, engineering, arts, and skilled trades; repair/equip/modernize older facilities to meet current health codes, safety codes, and disabled student access; and update instructional technology/IT infrastructure, shall South Pasadena Unified School District’s measure authorizing $128,000,000 in bonds at legal rates be adopted, levying $48/$100,000 assessed value ($7,325,000 annually) while bonds are outstanding, with independent oversight/audits/all money locally controlled?
