Text of measure
Language on the ballot:
| “ | This authorization will allow the South Redford School District to levy mills previously authorized for general operating purposes on non-homestead property which have been or may be reduced in the future by application of the Headlee Amendment for which authority expired with the District's 2012 tax levy. The approval of this authority would allow the School District to continue to levy the statutory rate of 18 mills against non-homestead property required for the School District to receive revenues at the full foundation allowance permitted by the State compensating for past and future Headlee rollbacks of up to 2.6138 mills.
