A South Zanesville Village Fire Tax Levy Increase question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Muskingum County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.

This question authorized the Village of South Zanesville to increase property taxes by 2.5 mills ($2.5 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to fund fire protection services.[1]
