A Spalding Community Services District parcel tax, Measure V ballot question was on the November 6, 2012, ballot for voters in the Spalding Community Services District in Lassen County, where it was defeated.
Measure V would have repealed the parcel tax that was enacted in 1998, and replaced it with a tax of $134 per improved parcel per year and a tax of $44.00 per unimproved parcel per year.
A two-thirds (66.67%) vote was required for approval.
