From Shawnee, Oklahoma, Spencer graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University. He work in the Office of Governor Henry. While Gov. Henry was in office he completed his masters degree from Oklahoma City University.

Justice reform. City sustainability.

What was your very first job? How long did you have it?

Mowing yards with my dad, when I was 11 or 12. Did that through college. At 15 I worked for Schlotzsky's Deli.
