Spencer Singleton
Spencer Singleton is a judge on the 13th Judicial Circuit in Arkansas. He was appointed by Governor Asa Hutchinson (R) on December 20, 2016, to replace Judge Mike Landers. Singleton took office on January 1, 2017.[1]
Biography
Singleton received his J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. His professional experience includes serving as a law clerk for Judge Bobby Shepherd of the United States Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit.[1]
