Spokane County Fire District No. 4 Property Tax Increase (February 2010)

There was a Spokane County Fire District No. 4 Property Tax Increase measure on the February 9 ballot in Spokane County for voters in that fire district.

This measure was approved

  • YES 4,614 (53.22%)Approveda
  • NO 4,056 (46.78%)[1]

This measure sought to increase the property tax within the fire district in order to help finance fire maintenance and operation costs of the district. The levy will be at a rate of $1.50 per $1,000 of assessed value and will be in place for a year. [2]
