“ | Shall the St. Charles County Charter section 1.2002 be amended by adding subsection 4 as follows: A Council member shall forfeit his office if he is physically absent from twelve consecutive regular meetings of the Council, unless excused by resolution of the Council. This will apply to all Council members elected on or after November 1, 2012?[2] | ” |
