Shall the proposed Home Rule Charter for the City of St. George which is incorporated by reference and made part of this Proposition (available for review on City of St. George's website https://stgeorgela.gov/ and copies available at St. George City Hall) be adopted pursuant to Article VI, Section 5 of the Louisiana Constitution?
