A St. James City Electricity Bond Measure was on the April 6, 2010 ballot in the city of St. James which is in Phelps County. It was approved.
This measure created a bond in the amount of $8,075,000 in order to build a new electricity substation as well as making other improvements to the city's electricity system.[1]
