St. Louis County Proposition E-911 was on the November 3, 2009 ballot. The measure was aimed at funding enhanced 911 in St. Louis County, Missouri. The ballot question did not cover the City of St. Louis because St. Louis is run as an independent city.

Shall St. Louis County establish an emergency communications system fund to establish, operate and maintain an emergency communications system and for which St. Louis County shall levy a sales tax of one-tenth of one percent, to be paid into the fund for that purpose?[1]
