A St Peters City Hotel Levy Increase measure was on the February 7, 2012 ballot in the city of St. Peters which is in St. Charles County.
This measure was approved
- YES 2,162 (55.2%)
- NO 1,751 (44.8%)[1]
This measure sought to increase the current hotel tax by a rate of 2 percent. The city had sought a higher increase in november 2010, but the measure was defeated by residents. This proposal represented an agreement between a local hotel and the city.[2]
