Stacey Sorensen
Stacey Sorensen is a judge for Position 35 of the Minnesota First Judicial District.

She was appointed to the court on February 17, 2022 by Tim Walz to replace Jerome B. Abrams.
Education
Sorensen received her B.A. from Macalester College and her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law.[1]
Career
Sorensen has worked as an attorney for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company and has served as an adjunct professor in Mitchell Hamline School of Law's trial advocacy program. She is a Minnesota Bar Association Certified Civil Trial Specialist, has served as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, and volunteered as a faculty member for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.[1]
