Staci Rubin is a member of the Massachusetts Public Utilities Commission. Rubin assumed office on April 10, 2023. Rubin's current term ends on January 7, 2027.
Gov. Maura Healey (D) appointed Rubin to replace Robert Hayden (nonpartisan).[1]
Biography
Staci Rubin earned a bachelor’s degree from New York University, a master of public health from Tufts University School of Medicine, a master of environmental law and policy from Vermont Law School, and a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law. Her career experience includes working as senior counsel and hearing officer at the Department of Public Utilities.[2]
