Stan Griffis

Stan Griffis is a judge of the Eighth Judicial Circuit Court in Florida. He was elected to this position on November 7, 2006 and took office the following January. He was re-elected in 2012 and his current term expires in January of 2019.[1][2][3][4]
Education
Griffis received his B.A. degree (in Crimina Justice) from the University of Florida in 1991, his M.B.A. degree from the University of North Florida in 1994 and his J.D. degree from Florida State University in 1997.[2]
Career
Griffis worked as a lawyer prior to his judicial election in 2006.[5]
2012 election
Griffis was unopposed and automatically re-elected following the primary election on August 14, 2012.[6]
