Stand for Truth, Inc. is a super PAC that supported 2016 Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz; it was founded in 2015 in Lexington, Ky.[1][2]
On May 4, 2016, after the Indiana primary, in which fellow Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump defeated Ted Cruz, Cruz announced that he was suspending his 2016 campaign.[3]

As of June 2016, the website for Stand for Truth, which later became unavailable, listed the following about the group's purpose:[4]

Background
On November 11, 2015, a statement of organization was submitted to the FEC for Stand for Truth.
According to CNN, Josh Robinson, the former political director of the Republican Governors Association and political strategist, was part of the organization's founding.[6][1] Robinson also served as political director for Texas Lieutenant Governor David Dewhurst's (R) 2010 campaign.[6]
Texas-based Republican political strategist Keats Norfleet, who founded Norfleet Strategies in Austin and served as the regional director for the Republican Party of Texas' victory fund in 2002, was also involved with the group.[7][1]
In February 2016, Kate Doner, a former fundraiser for Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker (R), was appointed as the fundraiser for the super PAC. She was appointed also as the director of the Trusted Leadership PAC, a pro-Cruz super PAC.[8][9]
