Stanford Tran
Stanford Tran was a 2014 Republican candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 1st Congressional District of Rhode Island.[1] He was defeated by Cormick Lynch in the Republican primary.[2]
Biography
Tran earned his bachelor's degree from Stanford University. After graduating, Tran taught high school science and was nominated by the governor for Arizona Teacher of the Year. He then earned his medical degree from Brown University.[3]

Tran ran in the 2014 election for the U.S. House to represent Rhode Island's 1st District.[1] He was defeated by Cormick Lynch in the Republican primary.[2]
