My name is Stephan Pierce currently a 19 Year old native of Dover,De. I overstand the constituents being interested in me, but my question is how can I learn about you let’s set something up for all community members to be able to directly engage with us candidates (in the future) & current sitting members let’s talk about that BETTER COMMUNICATION, without further delay, I’ve had the pleasure of serving my fellow citizens becoming a volunteer fighter at the ripe age of 14 Yrs of age I knew at a very you g age that I was interested in but others before my self sometimes I genuinely question why “ why do I have this mindset” and honestly what come back to me is “ if you don’t who will?” And that’s why I WILL.

Transparency💫
I personally feel like it allows the citizens to still have a everyday community member close enough to “ politics “ that they feel as if they can speak on their issues in their perspective communities for us in “city government” to make those voices louder with our positions.
Personally I look at people in general and become inspired, ro answer the question Myself if I didn’t push my self through the many things I’ve been thought I would not be in this situation I genuinely look up to myself.
Yes, A great movie I love to rewatch in the classic Iron-Man 1 2&3 RDJ inspired me in so many ways other than MCU I mean even his personal journey is beautiful.
1. Being a firm believer in what the citizens of the city are interested in seeing be developed

Knowing WHEN YOU ARE WRONG

Understanding that the people we represent elected us into office get on the ground WITH THEM

WE ARE NO BETTER THAN THE NEXT MAN.
Hold them selfs accountable for all actions seen & unseen.
Youth & City Engagement & Development is real if you actually take your time to see what’s going on.
Alot of folk dwell on the bad times but I had the beautiful opportunity of watching of current government Matt Myers get inaugurated at Delaware State University if I’m not mistaken that was the first time something like that was done at an HBCU.
My very first job 🤣 15 Years old @Camden Waffle House that was definitely an experience I was the for 3 years.
No one I’m really happy to be myself not to mention see all the great things I’m here to do.
Stuck in the middle with you By Stealers wheel.
No. In the state of Delaware are requirements are 1 Be a US citizen 2 Be 18 Years of age, so if your interested and fit that criteria “JUST DO IT”.
Knowledge Behind the city being a resident of it my entire life.

Understand both side of the spectrum.

financial literacy
It’s city government you can get the opportunity to know and hold accountable exactly who you need to that’s a great unique opportunity other citizens through out our beautiful country in large municipalities have a less chance of meeting their representatives, local state and federal.
10+10& 11+11= the same thing why?

Because 11+11= Twenty two🤣
If the funds we a talking about are tax payers dollars I absolutely wholeheartedly support transparency 100% the people have a right to know what is happening in their with their money.
