I am a Raleigh native born and raised which is rare to come by in these parts now a days. For work I am currently a pre school teacher working on obtain my teaching certification to be able to further my career. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my Husband and our Dog Maggie. I am running for the North Carolina House to give the people South East Raleigh and Garner a voice in the general assembly. I look forward to earning your vote.
  • I want to ensure the people of this district have a voice in the general assembly that they haven't had for years.
  • The governments role is to work for the people to ensure the equal opportunity for individuals to succeed or fail.
  • I want to make it where government is taxing the people less, and providing a more efficient bureaucracy.
I was a hostess at Rudy Tuesdays. I worked there for two years.
Not what we currently have. There should be checks and balances but the current governor chooses to veto nearly everything instead of trying to work with the general assembly.
No in many cases its better that its just average folks since they have a better understanding of the needs of the people.
Yes I believe that compromise can often lead to the most effective solutions to a problem.
