Stephanie Jerome
Stephanie Jerome (Democratic Party) was a member of the Vermont House of Representatives, representing Rutland-9 District. She assumed office on January 4, 2023. She left office on January 8, 2025.
Jerome (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the Vermont House of Representatives to represent Rutland-9 District. She lost in the general election on November 5, 2024.
Biography
Stephanie Jerome has lived in Brandon, Vermont. Jerome graduated from Rutland High School. She earned a B.A. in history from the University of Vermont in 1984 and a master's in public policy and administration from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, in 1989. Her career experience includes working as a policy analyst at NASA and as president of Visual Learning Systems, a core-curricular K-12 science education publishing company she founded with her husband, Brian Jerome.[1][2]
Jerome has been a member of the University of Vermont board of trustees and the Cancer Advisory Board-University of Vermont Medical Center. She previously served on the Brandon Planning Commission, Brandon Area Chamber of Commerce, Brandon Economic Development Committee, Brandon Revolving Loan Fund, University of Vermont Alumni Council, Vermont Arts Council, and Friends of Otter Valley Music.[2]
