Stephanie Morales is the daughter of a small business manager and a union schoolteacher. She grew up in a mixed immigration-status family in the Rio Grande Valley. Stephanie earned a Bachelors of Science in Biology from Texas A&M University where she was a Member of the Corps of Cadets and a Drummer in the Famous Aggie Band. Stephanie then moved to Houston to attend South Texas College of Law. After becoming a lawyer, Stephanie went to work as an ADA with the Harris County District Attorney's Office. While working there she attended the University of Houston Law Center and earned a Masters of Law in International Law.

Stephanie now owns her own Law Firm focusing on CPS (Child Protective Services) and Criminal defense. She has worked on both sides of the law and has never forgotten how vulnerable people and families can feel in our legal system. Stephanie has worked hard to understand the law so that she can best apply it to the defense of her clients. She takes her job seriously and works hard to excel at it and will do the same as a Texas Legislator.

Stephanie is a homeowner in the heart of Spring Branch where she lives with her two pups.
  • I will fight to ensure that our education system is fully funded, that our teachers get the raises they deserve and that extra curricular activities have the resources they need to continue so that our children can have the best education posisble.
  • I will ensure that we pass CPS laws that not only have good intentions, but that also will have good long term effects on the CPS system and that will protect both our children's and our parents rights.
  • I will fight to ensure that women's healthcare is at the forefront of the conversation and that women get affordable access to the healthcare they need and deserve.
