Stephanie Nguyen (Democratic Party) is a member of the California State Assembly, representing District 10. She assumed office on December 5, 2022. Her current term ends on December 7, 2026.
Nguyen (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the California State Assembly to represent District 10. She won in the general election on November 5, 2024.
Biography
Stephanie Nguyen was raised in Sacramento, California, and lives in Elk Grove, California. Nguyen earned a B.A. in liberal arts and sciences/liberal studies from California State University-Sacramento in 2001. Her career experience includes working as the executive director of Asian Resources, Inc. (ARI) and, before that, as the director of the Sacramento Asian Pacific Chamber (SACC) Foundation. On February 2, 2017, Nguyen was unanimously appointed to serve as the District 4 councilmember for the City of Elk Grove. She was elected to the position in 2018 and served as the vice mayor in 2020.[1][2]
