Stephen Dwight Bouchard was an associate circuit court judge for the 23rd Circuit Court in Missouri.[1] He was elected to the court in 2006.[2] Bouchard was defeated in his bid for re-election in 2014 and stepped down when his term expired.[3]

Bouchard ran for re-election to the 23rd Judicial Circuit Court.
Primary: He ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on August 5, 2014.
General: He was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 44.6 percent of the vote. He competed against Antonio "Tony" Manansala. (Write-in votes = .13%)[3][4]

Bouchard was re-elected to the 23rd Circuit Court after running unopposed.[5]

Education

Bouchard received his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri–St. Louis in 1976 and his J.D. degree from the University of Missouri–Columbia in 1978.[2][6]
