Stephen Bouchard
Stephen Dwight Bouchard was an associate circuit court judge for the 23rd Circuit Court in Missouri.[1] He was elected to the court in 2006.[2] Bouchard was defeated in his bid for re-election in 2014 and stepped down when his term expired.[3]

Primary: He ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on August 5, 2014.
General: He was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 44.6 percent of the vote. He competed against Antonio "Tony" Manansala.

Education
Bouchard received his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri–St. Louis in 1976 and his J.D. degree from the University of Missouri–Columbia in 1978.[2][6]
