Stephen C. Williams
Stephen C. Williams was a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois. He began serving in this position on January 2, 2011.[1] He retired when his term expired on January 1, 2019.[2]
Education
Williams earned his J.D. from the Southern District of Illinois School of Law in 1997.[1]
Professional career
Williams served as a federal public defender, a public defender in St. Louis and as an attorney for the Womick Law Firm prior to becoming a federal magistrate judge.[1]
Judicial career

Stephen C. Williams joined the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois in 2011.[1] He retired in 2019.[2]
