Stephen Caston
Stephen Caston is a member of the South Carolina Public Service Commissioner. Caston assumed office on September 24, 2020.
The South Carolina General Assembly appointed Caston to the South Carolina Public Service Commission on September 23, 2020, effective September 24 of that year.[1][2]
Biography
Prior to joining the commission, Caston owned a consulting business and worked as an engineer and executive for a water district in Spartanburg, South Carolina.[3]
