Stephen Horne (Republican Party) is a member of the Mississippi House of Representatives, representing District 81. He assumed office in 2004. His current term ends on January 4, 2028.

Biography
Horne earned his B.S. from the University of Southern Mississippi. His professional experience includes working as an Insurance/Assistant Administrator with the Mississippi Loggers Self-Insured Fund.[1]

The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was February 27, 2015.[2] No Democratic candidates filed for election. Incumbent Steve Horne was unopposed in the Republican primary. Horne ran unchallenged in the District 81 general election.

On November 8, 2011, Horne won re-election to District 81 of the Mississippi House of Representatives. He ran unopposed in the August 2 primary and was unchallenged in the November 8 general election.[3][4]
2007
On November 6, 2007, Horne was re-elected in District 81, running unopposed.[5] He defeated H.C. "Bunky" Partridge in the primary election by a margin of 2,837 to 1,239.[6]
