Stephen J. Holman was a district court judge for the Kitsap County District Court in Washington.[1] He was appointed to the court in February 2006 by the Kitsap Board of County Commissioners, and he was re-elected by voters in 2010 and 2014.[2] Holman retired on June 30, 2017.[3]

Education

Holman received a B.A. from the University of California - San Diego, and a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1977.[2]

Career

Prior to becoming a judge, Holman was a court commissioner for the Kitsap County District Court and a judge of the Bainbridge Island Municipal Court.[2]
