Stephen J. McEwen, Jr. was a senior judge on the Pennsylvania Superior Court, one of Pennsylvania's two statewide intermediate appellate courts.

McEwen first joined the Superior Court in 1981. He served as its president judge from 1996 to 2001. He was then retained by voters to a 10-year term in November 2001.[1][2][3] He assumed senior status on the court on January 1, 2003, and retired from the bench on December 31, 2012, both due to mandatory retirement age limits.[4]
