On November 4, 2008,Nedeau ran for the Belknap District 3 of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, winning the first of two seats with 1,924 votes, followed by Kate Miller with 1,579 votes, Steve Merrill (D) with 1,549 votes, Richard Juve (R) with 1,207 votes, and 5 votes for others.[1]
