Stephen Nelson
Stephen Nelson was a 2015 candidate for District 6 of the Albuquerque City Council in New Mexico. He withdrew from the race prior to the general election on October 6, 2015.[1]

The city of Albuquerque, New Mexico, held elections for city council on October 6, 2015. The filing deadline for candidates who wished to run to run in this election was May 31, 2015. Four of the nine city council seats were up for election.[2]
In District 6, candidates included Patrick Davis, Samuel Kerwin and Hess "Hessito" Yntema. Davis defeated Kerwin and Yntema for the open seat. Incumbent Rey Garduño did not run for re-election.[3]
