Stephen P. Linebaugh
Stephen P. Linebaugh is a former president judge on the York County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] Linebaugh was first elected to the court in 1997.[2] He retired in January 2017.[3]
Linebaugh first planned to retire at the end of 2015, but reversed his decision in October 2015 due to a shortage of judges on the court.[4]
Biography
Linebaugh earned both his undergraduate degree (1969) and J.D. (1972) from the University of Pittsburgh.[5] Prior to election to the court, Linebaugh was a partner at law offices of Rhoads & Sinon.[2]
