Stephen R. Bowers
Stephen R. Bowers is a judge for the Superior Court of Elkhart County in Indiana. He joined the court in 2006, and his current term expires 2018.
Education
Bowers received Bachelors from Indiana University. He received his J.D. from Indiana University's Maurer School of Law in Bloomington, Indiana.[1]
Career
Prior to joining the court, Bowers served as pro tem judge in every court in Elkhart County except the Nappanee City Court.[2]

Bowers ran for re-election against Democrat Phillip Earl Hesch in the 2012 election.[3] He was successful in his bid, receiving 69.1% of the vote.[4]
