Stephen R. Kistler

Stephen R. Kistler is an Oklahoma associate district judge for Payne County, which is located in District Nine. He was appointed by Governor Brad Henry in October 2008.[1][2] He was re-elected in 2014 after running unopposed. His current term expired on January 13, 2019.[3]

Education
Kistler received his bachelor's degree from Oklahoma State University in 1972 and his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma in 1976.[5][1]
Career
Prior to his judicial appointment, Kistler was an assistant district attorney in Payne County. He has also worked for the FBI.[1]
