Biography
Stephen Ross was born in and lives in Burlington, North Carolina. Ross earned a bachelor's degree in political science and history from Elon University in 1973 and a master's in public administration from North Carolina State University.[1] His career experience includes working as an investment officer and vice president at Wells Fargo. Ross was elected mayor of the City of Burlington and served on the city council.[2]
